• Unit gauge and pressure check for proper refrigeration effectiveness.
• Topping up gas if needed.
• Ensuring the coils are clean and not obstructed (Indoor and outdoor units).
• Tightening of electrical connections and lubrication of moving parts.
• Ensuring communication between the indoor and outdoor units.
• Cleaning and clearing of condensation drain pipes.
• Decontamination and sanitizing of the AC unit.
• Feedback provided on each unit as to condition and requirements for optimal use ( Should the unit not be operating at an optimal level).
